Where can I find the training exercises mentioned on my product packaging?

If your product mentioned an ONLINE TRAINING manual - Please go to SHOP(USA). Find the product you purchased and go to that product page. A link to the exercises will be in the product copy or in the DOCUMENTS section. Online training manuals are NOT available online for all products, just those where it has been mentioned on the product retail packaging. 


How long will it take before my order is shipped?

At GoFit, we strive to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders are processed once daily between 8-9am CST. If you order is placed after that time, it will be processed the next business day. Processing timelines are not guaranteed. If you have a tight timeline and would like your order expedited, please feel free to call Customer Service and we will do everything we can to get your order out the same day.
Order processing times during Black Friday throught the New year may be increased.


My order is not being accepted. What could be the issue?

Unfortunately, due to high internet fraud, our online store has heightened fraud filtering related to the credit card processing. If your credit card or debit card is in good standing, then one of the following may be triggering the decline for acceptance of the order:
  • Your name or billing address is not matching the address that the credit card processor has on file
  • Your card is not issued by a US Bank
  • You are attempting to ship outside of the United States
  • The computer your are ordering from is showing an IP adress outside of the United States
  • You have attempted to process an order more than 5 times in a single day.
If none of the reasons above explain the decline for you, please feel free to contact customer service so we may investigate further.

ALL items in your cart must qualify for free shipping or the system will default to charging you for freight. Free shipping is NOT available for all items. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the weight and physical size of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Generally, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery (such as UPS 2 DAY). The shipping method estimates include only the shipping delivery time and not the order processing time (1-2 business days), Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Signature may be required for orders over $500.00 to provide you delivery protection.

Should I review my shipping information before placing the order.

Yes, please review your order and verify that all shipping and billing information is correct before submitting your order as an order may be delayed for incorrect shipping information. If an item is returned for a bad address, a refund will be issued for the item(s) but not for the shipping cost. You will need to place a new order after that.

What are my Shipping Options?

GROUND (UPS), (2-6 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard Ground service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-6 full business days after order processing. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Not available for APO/FPO or PO Box addresses.
2 DAY BLUE (UPS), (2 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via TWO Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 2 full business days after order processing. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Not available for APO/FPO or PO Box addresses.
NEXT DAY SAVER (UPS), (1 business days)
Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via One Day service. You can expect your order to arrive within 1 full business day after order processing by 5pm. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Not available for APO/FPO or PO Box addresses.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL, (1-5 business days)
Available to all US locations. You can expect delivery within 1-5 full business days.

Yes. For these shipping locations, ONLY USPS PRIORITY MAIL service is available. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-3 business Days.

Why do you not have more shipping options?

We strive to get our customers the best rate we can while providing a trackable package for your protection as well as ours. We review our providers periodically to see if more options can be added. At this time, this are the best options.


What methods of payment do you accept?

The credit card must be issued by a US Bank in order to be accepted.

Can I use multiple credit cards for payment?

At this time, our systems do not support the use of multiple payment methods on a single transaction.

When is my credit card charged?

Your card is immediately charged upon the submission of your order. This assures no delays with the processing and shipping of your order. Your order is typically shipped within 1-2 business days.

Is my credit card information safe?

You can safely enter your entire card number on via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Why did my credit card decline?

To protect your security and privacy, your bank cannot provide GoFit with information about why a payment was declined. Because of this, you will need to contact your bank directly to solve most payment issues.

  • Verify the payment information entered on your order. Has your billing address change recently or did you get a new card with a new expiration date? If you used a payment method already saved in Your Account, you may need to update some of the information. If you entered a new payment method, make sure you entered the number and information correctly.
  • Alternate payment method for your order. If you are unable to resolve the payment issue with your bank in a timely manner, you are always welcome to change the payment method on your order to another card. Visit our account to update the payment information.
  • If paying by credit card is not an option: Contact GoFit Customer Service to discuss order quoting and Mail-in Money order payment options. This option may delay order processing for up to 2 weeks


General Return Policy

GoFit strives to make sure that all of our customers are completely happy with their GoFit product purchases. If you are not happy with your GoFit Store purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (less fees mentioned). Opened CDs and DVDs may not be returned for a refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and should be packed to arrive undamaged and resalable. Items returned damaged may be deducted from your refund. GoFit's actual original shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund. GoFit will provide a return shipping label if the return is a result of our error. GoFit cannot provide a refund for items purchased from a third party. GoFit Store does not ship internationally and will not be able to support customer service outside of the USA.

Please do not return any item without contacting GoFit Customer Service first to obtain a Return Authorization Number. This number will assist us in processing your return timely and correctly. Please include this number in the box on a note or with your original packing slip. Items should be shipped back using a service that provides tracking. Items that cannot be confirmed as delivered to us, will not be refunded. Deliveries refused or undeliverable to the address provided by the customer will be refunded less any actual shipping costs incurred by GoFit.

Do I need a Return Authorization Number?

Yes. In order to properly receive and process your return, you must call customer service at 1.888.530.4441 before shipping us your item. Without this number, your return may not be processed and any refund may be delayed.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days from the date of delivery to our Return Center. The actual credit on your credit card may take a little longer and will depend on your credit card bank. Funds can only be credited to the credit card that was utilized in the original purchase. You will receive an email notification that the refund has been processed

If you have not been notified by us within 1 week and do not see the credit on your credit card account, please verify with your shipper that the item was delivered to our Return Center (best to ship items back using a method that provides tracking). If it was delivered please contact Customer Service for assistance. If it was not delivered, please contact your shipping agent for assistance.

What happens if I refuse delivery of the order?

Items ordered and then refused by the customer will be refunded the purchase price less the actual shipping cost once the items are received and process back into inventory. Items ordered and then returned by our carrier due to insufficient or incorrect address will be processed as a return. Actual cost incurred, by GoFit, for shipping will be deducted from any refund if the address information was incorrectly entered by the customer.


What If I ordered from GoFit and my item arrived damaged?

If the item received has a manufacturer defect, was damaged in shipping or was missing parts, please contact GoFit Customer Service within 90 days of purchase for assistance to receive the same item for exchange/replacement. GoFit reserves the right to request that the faulty or damaged item be returned for review. If it is requested for return, a pre-paid return label MAY be provided.

What If I ordered the wrong item but would like to exchange it for another item?

If you ordered the wrong item, please refer to the RETURN POLICY. Your original item will need to be returned to us and processed for a refund (less fee mentioned). A new order for the item you wanted will need to be placed.

If I purchased an item from another store or online website, who do I contact about product issues?

If you purchased a product from a GoFit reseller, you should first contact them with any shipping or product issues. They will be able to provide you with a refund or replacement. If you purchased an item from a third party and had it shipped to you outside of the USA, we will not be able to assist with any replacement issues, should the third party be unable to assist you.


What is the benefit of creating an account?

You may log into your account at any time to review your current or past orders by clicking on the LOG IN link in the upper right hand corner of any page. You will be able to see your order status, tracking information, order history, saved billing and shipping addresses, reviews and wishlists. You can also sign up to receive special deals and promotions.

To receive support for items purchased outside the USA- you MUST contact the party you purchased it from within their return window. GoFit USA will not be able to support items sold outside of the Unites States.
