RopeSport is a company dedicated to the art and sport of FreeStyle Jump Roping. The concept of FreeStyle Jump Roping is to make exercise fun, creative and accessible for everyone of all ages, genders and skill levels. The workout tapes feature the “world’s greatest jump roper” ouis Garcia who is joined by Kelly Packard (Baywatch, Ripley’s Believe It Or Not, House Wars) and Eric Nies (MTV The Grind Workout, Dance Fever), both Packard and Nies are highly skilled jumpers.
FreeStyle Jump Roping is a fat-blasting, cardio-conditioning workout that can burn up to 1,000 calories per hour. It is also extremely visually dynamic and fun. FreeStyle Jump Roping classes are currently being taught in gyms across the US, from Bally Total Fitness to Crunch Fitness.
